• You have been assessed by specialist care for endometriosis and received a decision granting necessary healthcare rights.
• You can cover travel and accommodation costs yourself. Treatment must also be paid upfront by you initially (for example through savings or financing). We can help clarify what this means in practice.
• The planned treatment is organ-preserving laparoscopic surgery.
