We do not keep data longer than needed. Typical retention periods:
- general inquiries that do not become a case: 3 months
- pilot or customer cases: 1 year after last activity
- accounting documentation: as long as required by law
- technical logs: 30 days
7. Secure communication
Regular email should only be used for practical questions without health data. When you need to share sensitive data or documents, we move the dialogue to a secure channel.
If you accidentally sent health data in regular email, contact us and we will help move the case to the correct channel.
8. Your rights
You can request access, correction, and deletion where the law gives you that right. In some situations, you can also request restriction, object to processing, or withdraw consent.
